As for Hendon Hooker, the former third-round pick in 2023 played the second half and finished 6-of-13 passing for 61 yards and an interception thrown late in the fourth quarter when the Lions were driving deep in Dolphins territory for the potential tying touchdown.

The Lions fall to 1-2 in the preseason and conclude their exhibition slate back inside Ford Field this Saturday afternoon with a 1 pm kickoff against the Houston Texans.
